Hot Kitchen Collective Holiday Pageant Show (2022)

Projection - Hot Kitchen Collective is a Chicago based devised theater company. I joined the cast for their Holiday Pageant show in 2022. The piece that I contributed was based on the feeling of being traped in a car with your family while driving around the neighborhood looking at holiday lights. For this piece I built a video that projected over the cast. It combined images of homes decorated for the holidays with a strobing red & green orb that appeared sporatically throughout. The scene was heighed thanks to a custom soundscape that combined the decaying sound of holiday jingles with white noise.
